WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
You are the conductor, ensuring that the expeditions run smoothly and that the everyone is engaged throughout the performance. It’s about orchestrating internal efficiency and external satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Operations management before, during, and after expeditions (logistics coordination, resource planning, and efficiency optimization)
- Acting as the interface between clients, mountain guides, and partners
- Customer support across various communication channels
- Troubleshooting and emergency communication
- Responsibility for expedition logistics
- B2B management with partners and clients
