WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
In the advertised position, you will ensure that the expeditions are well prepared and run smoothly. This is an exciting and varied position with a high level of responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operations management before, during, and after expeditions (logistics coordination, resource planning, and efficiency optimization) from our office in Innsbruck
- Acting as the interface between clients, mountain guides, and partners
- Customer support across various communication channels (E-Mail, Phone, Social Media)
- Responsibility for planning our expedition logistics
- B2B management with partners and clients
